By paying this invoice, you and your organization (“Organization”) agree to the following terms (the “Agreement”) with Game & Give, LLC d/b/a RFFL (“RFFL”), collectively the “Parties”:
Organization agrees to a twelve (12) month RFFL Platform subscription, activated on the date payment is received (“Activation Date”). Upon conclusion of the initial subscription term, the subscription will automatically renew in successive twelve (12) month renewal terms, until canceled by either Party.
Subscription fees will be billed annually at the then-current rate on each anniversary of the Activation Date. Other in-platform fees will be billed as they are incurred. Payments received by RFFL are non-refundable. If payment is unsuccessful, Organization’s access to the platform may be suspended until payment is received. If subscription is canceled mid-term, Organization shall not be entitled to any refunds. Organization agrees not to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal for any fee owed under this Agreement, and will contact RFFL at support@rffl.co to resolve any billing question. In the event of any chargeback, dispute or payment reversal, Organization shall be responsible for the full fee and any resulting fees or costs.
Organization agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
The individual submitting payment has read, understood and represents that they have authority to bind the Organization to these terms.
This Agreement (rffl.co/purchase-agreement) incorporates RFFL’s Terms of Service (rffl.co/terms-of-service) by reference, which may be updated from time to time without notice to Organization. In the event of an update to the Terms of Service that materially impacts the Organization, RFFL will notify the Organization of such update. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Terms of Service, this Agreement controls with respect to subscription fees and billing, the Terms of Service shall control in all other respects.
